How the Plant Works
The process is based on the principle of continuous and stable enrichment:

Raw material feeding.
The initial material from the dump enters two feed hoppers, from where it is directed to the flow distribution system via four elevators. -
Flow separation.
The material passes through diverter valves that form four independent streams — one for each magnetic table.
Feed intensity is regulated by slide gates, ensuring uniform loading and precise dosing. -
Magnetic separation.
On the four magnetic belt tables, the key stage occurs — separation into ore (concentrate) and waste rock (tailings).
The concentrate and tailings are conveyed into separate metal containers for further transportation or storage. -
Control and monitoring.
The entire plant is controlled via a convenient control panel equipped with a modern electrical system that allows adjustment of feed parameters, magnet height, and belt speed.
