If you manage a cement plant, asphalt concrete plant (ABP), or a concrete batching plant, you know that stable and clean bulk material delivery is the foundation of production efficiency. We offer a ready-made pneumatic transport system that reliably connects production units and silos, eliminating unnecessary logistics and reducing staff workload.

How does the system work?

The core of the system is a pneumatic pump that delivers a dust–air mixture from the grinder or another production unit. Then comes the preparation system with compressed air (compressors, receivers), the pneumatic pipeline network, air filtration, and finally — delivery to the silo. All components operate as a single automated system, which we design and adapt to your facility.

Material is transported directly, without loaders, dump trucks, or manual labor. This eliminates the human factor and saves resources.

Throughput up to 30 t/h

The system operates at 10 to 30 tons per hour, capable of transporting material up to 250 meters horizontally and with a height difference of up to 20 meters. This capacity covers 95% of industrial needs.

Energy efficiency

Compressed air consumption is only 6 m³ per ton, and the equipment is optimized to run on standard compressors — you don’t overpay for extra power.
