The silos are integrated into a pneumatic conveying system, where materials are transported by compressed air. Thanks to this, a 70-ton silo can be completely discharged in just 30 minutes, without the need for special machinery or manual labor. This saves time, resources, and accelerates the entire production cycle.

Minimal energy consumption

The system is designed to operate with a basic screw compressor of 32 kW power, capacity of 10 m³/min, and pressure of 1.5 kg/cm². This means you don’t pay for excess energy or overpriced equipment. It is especially beneficial for operations in remote or energy-limited regions.

Minimal wear — maximum reliability

All structural units have been thoroughly tested under real production conditions at our own facilities. As a result, we achieved minimal wear and high durability, ensuring long service life without constant maintenance or repair costs.

High performance

The silo works together with a pneumatic conveying pump capable of transporting up to 70 tons of material per hour over distances of up to 350 meters with a height difference of up to 50 meters. For uninterrupted feeding, the system includes three compressors and receiver tanks — everything designed “turnkey” for stable operation.
