Tabysker Beneficiation Complex

Ore and coal beneficiation is not just a technology — it is a direct path to additional profit.
The Tabysker Beneficiation Complex by TUTAS LLP was created exactly for this: to extract valuable raw materials from places where others have long given up.

TABYSKER is an air-gravity separation machine — a proprietary patented development that has already proven its effectiveness in the field.

Technological Process

Fractional separation and air beneficiation

The technological process starts with feeding material into the receiving hopper, then via bucket conveyor in two streams to vibrating screens.

In the screens, the primary separation into fractions occurs.

All fractions are directed into storage bins. In the same way, other fractions are classified and accumulated.

Afterwards, the separated ore is fed by fractions into a two-stage air-gravity beneficiation unit, where the first stage of enrichment takes place:

  • gangue (waste rock separated from ore)

  • middlings

  • concentrate

Automatic Control and Monitoring System

This complex is equipped with an automatic computer-based control and monitoring system of production processes.

Automation uses modern sensors and analyzers integrated into a single system based on a modern logic controller and video surveillance.

Using modern automation technologies allows online monitoring of processed and obtained material, with charts and reports stored on a dedicated server. Remote access to this data can be provided for authorized persons:

  • production managers

  • company directors / board members

  • third parties (as designated by the client’s management)

Through remote access in real-time, it is possible to view beneficiation reports and charts, as well as video surveillance.

Modular scalability: from 5 tons/hour and above

TABYSKER is designed on a modular principle. Initial productivity starts at 5 t/h, but if needed, it can be scaled up by installing additional modules.
You get a solution that is tailored to your needs.

Why Choose TABYSKER

1. Simplicity and Reliability in Operation

TABYSKER does not require complex adjustments or highly specialized staff. The design is built for long-term, stable operation in industrial conditions. This means:
→ minimal downtime
→ easy maintenance
→ predictable costs

2. Efficiency Proven in Practice

High separation accuracy ensures maximum recovery of valuable fractions with minimal losses.
You process more — you lose less.

3. Flexibility in Material Size

The complex works with a wide range of fractions, allowing beneficiation not only of standard raw materials but also of mixed stockpiles — especially important when processing hard-to-enrich reserves.

4. Protected from Environment and Ready for Transport

The complex can be placed inside a transport container, ensuring:
→ Protection from rain and wind
→ Operation directly at the mining site (pit or stockpile)
→ No logistics for ore delivery — reducing production cost

This technology is the intellectual property of TUTAS LLP and is patented in the Republic of Kazakhstan:

This technology is unique and currently has no analogues in Kazakhstan or CIS countries.
